my top blushes

I got to work today and there was a package for me with and item I had been excitedly waiting on for a while. It was a new milani blush and it had come from a fellow makeupalley user with whom I had just had a swap.

For those not currently aware for makeupalley, this is a website where you can fine product reviews and swap makeup! AMAZING! so whilst scrolling through the very long list of products avalible for swap I found a Milani blush in sweet rose. Now I had herd of this brand and seen many youtubers raving about their blushes, but could never find Milani avalible anywhere in the UK (sigh!) So I had a look through the this users wish list just hoping to find something on there that I had that I could swap with. Yipee!!! she was looking for BarryM dazzle dusts which I have loads of!

We argreed a swap and now I have my lovely Blush, one of my new favs I'd say! so I though I would do a run down on my top blushes, including my new love!

So lets start with the Milani blush.

This is in sweet rose which is in a deep pink colour with purple undertones. This is a matt blush which I really like as its sometimes nice not to be all shimmery. The colour looks quite deep but its not massively pigmented, so when on the cheeks it give a nice subtle hint of colour. I think im going to quite like wearing this shade in fall through to winter.

Next up is my ELF studio blush in tickled pink. This is a light pink blush with a slight blue undertone and only a hint of shimmer. I am now on to my second one of these as I love it sooo much and use it most days! Its got just the right amount of shimmer and is just the right shade for my pale skin tone. I love all the ELF blushes and I would really recommend trying them out, cause at £3.50 you cant go wrong!

Now I would say this next one is probably quite a popular choice but rightly so! Im talking about the little Bourjois blushes and the one I have is in 35 Lune D'or. This is a shimmery peach gold colour and this looks fab and gives me a really healty glow. I love the smell of these and the pot is so teeny tiny it's dead easy to carry about in your bag for touchs ups. This one is priced at around £7

The next blush is one from Prestige, which is a new discovery for me. This mineral blush is in natrual and looks more like a bronzer but gives a nice peachy golden natrual glow to the cheeks. Looks very good with a tan and this is my new go to product when I have gained a little sun. This blush comes in a few other lovely shades and costs around £6

Next is another ELF blush, this one is from the £1.50 line and is the natrual radiance Blush in the colour Innocence. Another little gem and a total bargain! you can see form the picture is has been very loved. This is a very light pink with a little shimmer. This would suit someone with very pale skin as the colour is very light. A little goes a long way with this one!

Im not sure why some of my pics are going in sideways??? ech!!

Anyways.... I have swatched all the blushes below for you to see

L-R Innocence, Tickled pink, Lune D'or, Natural, Sweet rose

I would recommend checking these out and im sure they wont disappoint!

A little love
